What is worse than getting a root canal???.......The possibility of getting a root canal in China!!!

I have a very bad tooth ache that started while I was in Hong Kong and it has gotten worse every day. Yesterday I spent all day on the sofa taking Advil and wishing I could take our pliers and remove the tooth myself. The tooth ache did not go away..... so..... today I have an appointment to have a crown removed and probably a root canal. I am a bit freaked out about this! Soooooo freaked out about it that I asked Tim to take time off work and go with me.......
