My whole week has been waisted with a tooth ache. I went to the dentist on Tuesday expecting some relief....but the root canal specialist only comes to that office on Sunday. I almost cried when they said I had to wait. So...then..... they said I could go to a different office today in Hong Qiao and they could start the root canal process. I was in so much pain I was ready to get Tim's drill out and start the process myself.

So...long story....I went to the HongQiao office (bravely by myself) and was pleasantly surprised by the care that I received. I think my tooth is feeling better but I will know more tomorrow morning when the pain killers wear off. Four nights without sleep ended this afternoon. I slept for about four hours and I think I am on the mend.

PS: the dentist office was clean and looked like something from the 60's. They even had a "spit" bowl. A flash back to my childhood!
