Our weekend...

Abi had basketball on Friday night and Saturday. She will finish this weekend with a tournament this weekend. They won both their games over the weekend so they will go into the tournament with only one loss for the season....

Sunday Abi did homework and I finished a quilt top and some paperwork for my class that starts today. Tim was fairly bored and decided to go for a scooter ride only to discover that his scooter had vanished!! So much for our secure parking garage!! Now we are worried that our other two scooters may also become a target. Tim reported this to our management office....the girl wrote down a few things and then told him to call the police....And....then.... she had the nerve to say..."You should be more careful! Lets see...we had it in our 24/7 "guarded" parking garage locked to a metal post that is cemented into the ground.....how much more careful could we be??? We are pretty sure this happen over Christmas break....everyone knows that "Westerners" are gone for two weeks during this time. Jan-Feb is "high theft" season in China. Xiao Zhang said to be very careful because people need traveling money to return home for Chinese New Year and will do desperate things to save face.

Tucker will arrive this evening. It looks like his plane is running about two hours late so it may be a longer night than we planned... He will start work tomorrow morning at 9:30.
